Returns & Refunds

Exchanges & Returns​ 

  1. We do not offer exchanges or returns on any custom made jewellery or Christmas sale items. 

  2. We do offer exchanges & returns for online purchases within 7 days of receiving an order, for unworn jewellery. 

  3. In the rare occasion that you receive an incorrect item or if the item does not meet your expectation, please contact us immediately.

  4. Please provide some details about the jewellery & the invoice number.  

  5. We will send a return shipping label for the unwanted item.

  6. Upon return of the unwanted order & approved inspection of the item, we will make appropriate arrangements for the correct item.

Damaged Order Received

  1. If your order was damaged or broken upon delivery, please contact us immediately.

  2. We will gladly repair/replace your online purchase with manufacturing defect, free of charge.

  3. Please provide some details about the jewellery & the invoice number. 

  4. We will send a return shipping label for the damaged item & its packaging. 

  5. We will send the replacement item asap.
