Shipping Costs

  1. NZ Courierpost within New Zealand - Free of Charge.

  2. International Post - to be confirmed

Shipping Your Order

  1. We ship stock orders as soon as payment has been confirmed, either through internet banking or STRIPE.  Please use the secure online payment link we provide you, to enable the shipping process.

  2. For custom made & repair orders, jewellery is shipped as soon as the item is completed and payment has been confirmed.

  3. Your order is packed and sent within 2 business days of confirmed payment. We use this grace period for any changes to the order or cancellations. 

  4. Please contact us immediately if you've entered incorrect details.  We will endeavour to update your order if it has not been shipped yet. 

  5. You can track your parcel using the tracking number emailed to you when your order has been shipped. Contact the carrier company the parcel was shipped with; use the tracking/shipping number to enquire about your parcel. Tracking information can take a few days to update.

  6. We do not ship on Fridays before a long weekend or on public holidays.

  7. Average delivery timeframes within New Zealand is 3 - 5 working days.

  8. Average delivery timeframes for the rest of the World may be as much as 15-20 working days.

Delivery to your region may take longer due to COVID-19.

  2. New Zealand International Post or FEDEX International.

​International Taxes & Duties,

  1. Minturn Jewellery is not liable to collect or pay international taxes & duties for purchase made by you.

  2. Taxes & duties may be applied to your purchase and payable upon arrival into your country or the country of delivery. 

  3. If you do not receive a notification upon arrival from your local authorities or carrier company, then your order may not meet their tax & duty criteria. 

  4. If you do receive notification & if the taxes & duties are not paid by you, your order will be forfeited & not eligible for reshipment or refund. 

Un-deliverable, Lost or Missing Orders,

  1. Minturn Jewellery is not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries or un-deliverable addresses.

  2. You can track your parcel using the tracking number emailed to you when your order has been shipped. Contact the carrier company the parcel was shipped with; use the tracking/shipping number to inquire about your parcel.  Tracking information can take a few days to update.

  3. If your parcel is returned to Minturn Jewellery for any reason, any fees associated with re-sending it to you are your responsibility. If we receive a returned/undelivered parcel we will be in touch to assist you.
